Myles: Two-hour lecture, huh? Seems brutal. What has spurred this on?

Tessa: They saw Toby last night at a club. Toby was with another woman, which elicited outrage.

Myles: Oh shit. I should have told him not to go.

Tessa: God no. I don’t want him altering his plans because my girl gang has absolutely lost their minds. I’m just glad they didn’t catch you and me together. If they did, they’d be scouring the resort, looking for you. It wouldn’t be good.

Myles: Oooh, am I your dirty little secret?

Tessa: More like . . . handsome, tall secret.

Myles: LOL. Well, if you feel like taking a risk, have lunch with me today?

Tessa: I would love to. Where? When?

Myles: I’ll send you the details in a bit. As for now, should I warn Toby about three irritated women looking for him?

Tessa: I don’t think it would hurt.

Myles: He’s well versed in pissing women off, so maybe we just let them spring it on him. Would be more fun that way.

Tessa: Oooh, evil.

Myles: Stick with me, Tessa. You’ll learn quickly.
